Key Responsibilities:
- Log, track, and manage access‑to‑records requests using case management systems.
- Coordinate responses to Subject Access Requests and Freedom of Information requests.
- Liaise with internal teams to obtain relevant information within required timescales.
- Review and quality‑check information prior to disclosure.
- Apply exemptions and carry out redactions in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Draft clear, accurate written responses to requestors.
- Maintain accurate electronic and manual records.
