As a Tenancy Services Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting Housing Officers and ensuring smooth housing management operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing appointment systems and coordinating housing surgeries, estate inspections, new tenant visits, and tenancy reviews.
- Administering requests for mutual exchanges, successions, tenancy assignments, and permissions.
- Handling enquiries, initiating calls, and encouraging customer feedback to improve services.
- Providing housing advice and reception support, including telephone and face-to-face enquiries.
- Assisting with inspections, safe and well checks, and other tenancy visits.
- Processing requests for keys/fobs, TV licences, and other referrals.
- Supporting Lifeline Service and other council sections when needed.
- Collecting and preparing statistical data and updating management information systems.
- General administrative tasks such as correspondence, minute-taking, and maintaining electronic filing systems.
