Employer Engagement Administrator needed in Liverpool
This is a temporary role and the rate is £15.43ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide high‑quality administrative and engagement support that keeps young people’s employment journeys moving smoothly while ensuring programme compliance is consistently met.
They will take ownership of monthly grant‑funding claims by proactively chasing employers for forms, payslips, invoices and review documents, and will maintain accurate digital records by scanning and checking onboarding paperwork against strict guidelines. They will play a key role in matching young people to suitable job opportunities — both immediate roles and longer‑term permanent positions once funding ends — using strong judgement and an understanding of each participant’s goals.
They will confidently gather, verify and log leavers’ evidence and job outcomes to secure programme funding, all while building positive relationships with employers and partner organisations to keep processes on track.
