The Role As an Investigative Officer within the Central Investigation Team, you will: Manage and progress criminal investigations in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. Gather, review, and evaluate evidence from a variety of sources. Conduct witness, victim, and suspect interviews where appropriate. Prepare investigation files for criminal justice proceedings. Liaise effectively with partner agencies, victims, witnesses, and criminal justice partners. Undertake investigative actions to identify, locate, and pursue offenders. Ensure investigations are conducted professionally, ethically, and with a focus on victim care. Maintain accurate records and utilise police systems to support investigations. Contribute to achieving positive outcomes for victims and communities.
