Job Description ICT Trainer needed in Lincoln Paying £17.97 per hr ref 376137 Full time hours on a temporary basis Deliver engaging ICT training sessions to staff and users at all levels.

Update training content to reflect system upgrades, procedural changes, and legislative requirements.

Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to continuously improve training delivery.

Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify learning requirements and inform training programmes.

Assess learner performance and provide feedback to ensure required competency levels are achieved.

Promote awareness of Data Protection, Information Security, Computer Misuse, and health and safety responsibilities.

Support learners throughout their training journey, addressing individual needs and concerns professionally and confidentially.

Travel to various locations as required to deliver training and attend meetings or events
