Estates Officer needed in Scunthorpe, £22.40ph PAYE - Reference: 5299579
Efficiently and effectively manage the land & property holdings to meet the revenue requirements & provide capital funds through disposals to meet the wider development and regeneration agenda.
Proactively manage the commercial property portfolio to ensure quality land and premises are available to support inward investment and indigenous business growth.
Implement Asset & Estate Management strategies to meet the corporate objectives.
Implement development projects and initiatives to achieve development & regeneration objectives.
Represent the Client on Asset & Estate Management matters as appropriate.
Review the Clients use of its land and property assets and where appropriate implement release and disposal of those assets.
Deputise as appropriate for the Senior Estate Management & Valuation Officer, and help deliver Strategy, funding, work programmes and budgets for the team.
Assist in the formulation, implementation and monitoring and review of strategies for Asset & Estate management.
Personally provide and implement property advice, evaluate options and provide solutions to complex property issues, and to act on behalf of the Client directly or by recommendation to solve such issues in support of the priorities.
Provide a professional valuation service to the Client as appropriate & in support of property developments/acquisitions/disposals of all kinds.
This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
