Liability Claims Officer needed in Plymouth. The rate is £15.56ph PAYE. This is a temporary role. The successful candidate will be dealing with claims received from the public or their legal representatives for personal injury and/or property damage.
The main duties of the role involve:
- Processing and investigation of claims
- Making decisions on liability
- Monitoring of claims from the initial point of receipt
- Liaison with service departments to prepare evidence
- Working closely with solicitors where claims are litigated
