For Companies Legal Officer needed in West London paying £22.36 per hr, reference 005380. Full time hours on a temporary basis.
We are seeking a skilled Legal Officer to provide expert legal advice and prepare documentation across a range of residential property matters. You’ll manage cases from inception to post-completion, including registration where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare legal documents and advise on: Right to Buy, lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, licences for alterations, Discount Market Sale, Private Sector Leasing, certificates of compliance, and routine acquisitions.
- Handle all aspects of property transactions from start to finish.
- Manage mortgage creation/discharge and support title investigations and registrations.
- Assist senior lawyers and contribute to team development.
- Provide services to partner organisations as required.
