Leasehold Finance Officer (Hybrid) needed in Wembley, £20.74ph
PAYE – Reference:5279470
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days from home
Initial duration of placement: 7 months
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an effective income collection and recovery service in accordance with legislation, policies, performance standards/targets and customer satisfaction requirements for Leaseholders.
- Maintain the service charge and major works database/module making accurate changes to customer accounts.
- Carry out a range of financial administrative functions to ensure the successful delivery of Leasehold services.
Customer Service:
- Provide a high level of customer service with emphasis on getting things right the first time, keeping promises and taking ownership for the customer. Aim to promote self-sufficiency in our services while offering support to those that need extra help.
- Work with partners to set, coordinate, track and ensure completion of actions with other services to get things done for the customer which meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
- Support the calculation of charges for estimates and actuals and ensure these are distributed in a timely manner to secure full recovery of leaseholder recharges for major works and to enable timely processing of final accounts.
- Maintain and update electronic and manual records, including supporting documentation, in relation to annual and major works properties and provide clear and timely reports for investigations, as and when required, to leaseholders and/or representatives.
- Record and report any errors or inaccuracies within the accounting processes and financial recording systems, and implement any appropriate improvements to ensure an efficient service.
This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
