Job Description
Landscape Architect needed in Bolton Paying £22.13 ref 000A 7777 / 1
Full time hours on a temporarybasis
To provide an effective Landscape Architectural service to all departments of the Authority including community groups, external agencies, private sector partners, voluntary organisations and schools in the interests of providing continual service improvement.
Provide a professional Landscape Architectural service, including all professional work stages of design and delivery of landscape schemes (including budgetary control and financial management), commenting on planning applications, submitting planning applications for our own schemes, and giving advice to clients across the borough.
Assist the Section head in the Section 106 process of planning gain administration and delivery.
Assist the Section head in the delivery of the annual programme of work in the section, on time and to budget.
Oversee the work of more junior members of staff as necessary and as directed by the section head.
Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategies for the development of the service, including funding applications and marketing opportunities.
Assist in the development of departmental and corporate policies and action plans that ensure best use of departmental resources in service provision.
