We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Employee Relations Manager to lead our ER team and deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service. You will oversee complex casework, support policy implementation, and drive culture change across the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you will set service standards, manage risk, and ensure effective resolution of employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the ER team, setting priorities and service standards.
- Oversee complex casework, including attendance, disputes, and mental health-related issues.
- Provide expert advice to managers and senior leaders on ER matters and employment law.
- Monitor policy effectiveness and support informal resolution where appropriate.
