Project Manager – Kingston
Pay: £295.45 per day, full time hours on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the completion and rollout of AI transcription tools across Adult and Children’s Social Care.
- Manage implementation plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Support the deployment and adoption of AI tools, preferably Beam, Magic Notes, and Google AI solutions.
- Work closely with service managers, practitioners, digital teams, and senior leadership to drive successful adoption.
- Develop and deliver communication, engagement, and change management activities.
- Monitor project progress, measure outcomes, and track benefits realisation.
- Produce regular project updates, dashboards, and reports for key stakeholders and governance boards.
- Identify and resolve implementation challenges, ensuring project milestones are achieved.
- Support training, user engagement, and continuous improvement activities.
