Maintenance Surveyor needed in Kingston. This is a temporary contract paying £26.74ph PAYE.
The successful candidate will carry out thorough inspections of residential and commercial buildings, identify defects and maintenance needs, and provide clear, professional advice on required repairs. They will plan and prioritise both reactive and planned maintenance, manage contractors to ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard, and maintain accurate records to support compliance with health and safety regulations.
They will communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and colleagues, demonstrating strong building pathology knowledge, sound judgement, and the ability to manage budgets and maintenance programmes efficiently.
