Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate IT resource allocation across projects, programmes, and BAU activities.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, project managers, and technical leads to forecast resource demand and capacity.
- Develop and maintain resource plans, ensuring optimal utilisation of internal and external resources.
- Identify resource gaps and support recruitment, onboarding, and supplier engagement activity.
- Monitor workloads and performance, ensuring delivery remains on track.
- Provide reporting and insight on resource usage, risks, and forecast planning.
- Support continuous improvement in workforce planning and delivery processes.
