IS Programme Manager needed in Liverpool Paying Β£28.74 per hr ref 377940


Full time hours on a temporary basis




  • Key Responsibilities



    • Lead the delivery of large-scale Salesforce programmes and associated business transformation initiatives.

    • Develop and maintain programme roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and benefits realisation frameworks.

    • Oversee multiple projects within the programme, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and organisational priorities.

    • Engage with senior stakeholders to define programme scope, requirements, and expected outcomes.

    • Manage programme budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and change controls.

    • Provide leadership to project managers, business analysts, technical teams, and third-party suppliers.

    • Ensure successful implementation and optimisation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and associated integrations.

    • Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting, assurance, and performance monitoring frameworks.

    • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure effective adoption and change management.

    • Manage supplier relationships and contract performance to ensure delivery against agreed objectives.

    • Lead programme steering groups, workshops, and executive-level reporting.

    • Ensure programme deliverables comply with organisational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

    • Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to maximise the value of Salesforce investments.

    • Oversee transition activities and ensure successful handover into operational support and business-as-usual environments.
