Interview Scheduler needed in East London. This is a temporary role and the rate is £16.76ph PAYE.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering a smooth, well-organised hiring process by expertly coordinating interviews and assessments across multiple vacancies. They will communicate confidently with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels, managing complex diaries, time zones, reschedules, and cancellations with accuracy and professionalism.
They will produce clear interview invites and joining instructions, maintain meticulous records within the ATS, and support wider recruitment administration, reporting, and compliance activity. With strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience, they will contribute to continuous process improvements and efficient service delivery.
