Income Management Officer needed in Warwick. This is a temporary role and the rate is £14.48ph. The successful candidate will maximize income from rent and other charges through preventative and pro-active measures, ensuring an effective yet compassionate income collection recovery service.

They will provide an effective and customer-focused housing income collection service, ensuring tenants receive appropriate advice, financial inclusion, support and assistance to enable them to pay and sustain their tenancies.
