Essential Employment is seeking a Scheme Housing Officer in Rye. This is a full-time role on a temporary basis, paying £16.56 per hour.
You will manage a portfolio of sheltered, retirement or independent living schemes, carry out regular inspections, support tenancy management and help residents stay independent. You will also respond to safeguarding concerns, address anti-social behaviour and engage residents in activities to promote wellbeing and safe tenancy outcomes.
