HR Policy Consultant needed in Dudley. This is a temporary contract initially paying £350 per day PAYE.
Responsibilities
- Lead the refresh of all HR policies and procedures, working collaboratively with the existing HR team to co‑develop clear, modernised documentation.
- Ensure all policies align with the organisation’s wider codes and standards, creating a consistent and compliant framework.
- Enhance the manager experience across key areas such as performance management, absence, appraisals and objective‑setting, supporting a more effective and confident management culture.
