The predicted salary is between 19 - 20 £ per hour.
HR Officer needed in Crewe. The rate is £19.66ph PAYE. This is a temporary position. The successful candidate will provide a professional HR service to managers, employees, schools and support senior HR staff to implement local HR delivery plans and translate business needs into people solutions to drive continuous improvement and ensure that the people needs are met.
They will support all aspects of the delivery of the Workforce Strategy to ensure effective recruitment, resourcing and retention. They will undertake all aspects of HR casework, including attending hearings (discipline, grievance, capability, etc) to advise managers and others to ensure good practice, legal requirements are met, and employees are managed in a fair and consistent way.
