Role Overview

The successful candidate should be an experienced HR Manager, joining a busy team overseeing all aspects of HR casework. This role covers approximately 700 employees across Libraries, Legal Departments, Financial Services, Marketing, Policy, and Property.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and accountability for all HR work within the respective Departmental HR Service.
• Offer strategic advisory support to management and employees regarding procedures, conditions of service, employment law, and government initiatives.
