HR Casework Team Leader needed in Wakefield. This is a temporary contract initially paying £20.29ph PAYE.

The successful candidate will provide timely, professional, and solution-focused HR advice and support to the Senior Management Teams, schools, and partner organisations, enabling effective people management and service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the HR Casework Team, including line management responsibilities.
  • Taking the lead on complex and sensitive casework as required.
  • Coordinating and delivering HR service priorities, balancing deadlines, competing demands, cost, and quality.
  • Ensuring the interests are protected and its reputation upheld.
