CORE WORK AREAS
- Management of HR cases including but not exclusive to Attendance Managements, Flexible Working applications, Occupational Health referrals, Interest in acting processes, internal transfer processes, acting/temporary processes, etc. with support from the HR Advisers as required.
- Providing support to the HR Advisers and HR Business Partner on the management of limited duties processes including recuperative reviews, adjusted duties processes and adjusted duties annual reviews.
- Provide HR advice and guidance to Senior Leadership Teams and line managers on HR related matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, terms and conditions and policies and procedures.
