Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and transactional support across HR and payroll processes.
  • Handles staff queries as the first point of contact, processes employee lifecycle activities (starters, leavers, contract changes), and maintains accurate records and systems in line with compliance and GDPR standards.
  • Delivers excellent customer service to employees, managers, and external stakeholders, supports HR projects, produces basic reports, and ensures smooth day‑to‑day HR operations.
  • Offers development opportunities to build HR knowledge and gradually provide advice and guidance on HR matters.
