Housing Caretaker needed in Redbridge, £15.19 ph PAYE – Reference: OR8403
You will be working with a small team of colleagues, cleaning internal and external communal areas of the housing stock. Sweeping, mopping, litter picking, dusting, removing bulk waste, sweeping car parks and service roads etc.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health and safety, fire safety and building safety regulations.
A full clean UK Manual driving licence
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
