Benefits Assessor Are you an experienced Benefits Assessor looking for your next opportunity? We're seeking a skilled professional to process Housing Benefit (HB) and Council Tax Benefit/Reduction (CTB/CTR) claims accurately and efficiently, while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll assess a wide range of benefit applications, manage overpayments, maintain accurate records, provide advice to customers, and support colleagues through mentoring and quality assurance activities. Experience assessing HB and CTR claims essential Strong knowledge of benefits legislation and verification processes Experience with Academy software desirable Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills If you’re passionate about helping customers access the support they’re entitled to and thrive in a fast-paced benefits environment, we’d love to hear from you.
