Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Housing & Public Protection Business Support Team, analysts, and complaints/review function.
  • Drive service improvement, innovation, and transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Provide strategic and operational support to the Housing & Public Protection leadership team.
  • Support the Assistant Director in the development and delivery of service priorities.
  • Oversee performance management, data analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure effective handling of housing complaints, reviews, and customer feedback, driving service improvements.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer focus.
