- Managing homelessness prevention and relief cases from application through to resolution.
- Conducting assessments under relevant housing legislation.
- Developing Personalised Housing Plans (PHPs).
- Providing housing advice and homelessness prevention support.
- Working with landlords, support agencies, and external partners to secure accommodation solutions.
- Assessing vulnerability, safeguarding, and support needs.
- Making decisions in line with homelessness legislation and council policies.
