Electrician needed in Swinderby, Lincoln. This is a temporary contract paying £16.57ph PAYE.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical works across a range of systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency equipment, while adhering to strict health and safety standards.
- Diagnose faults, replace defective components, undertake rewiring and circuit testing, and maintain accurate records of all electrical installations.
- Work collaboratively with estates and facilities teams, respond effectively to urgent breakdowns, and support security-critical infrastructure to guarantee reliable service delivery.
- Inspect and test electrical systems in line with current regulations, maintain emergency lighting and building management systems, and contribute to the smooth running of the environment through professional, dependable performance.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Strong technical expertise in electrical maintenance and repair.
- Ability to work safely and in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Experience with lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency equipment maintenance.
