Head of Strategic Asset Management needed in Bristol. The rate is £545.78 per day PAYE. This is a temporary role.
The successful candidate will develop and manage the strategic approach to asset management through detailed maintenance and analysis of asset data and ongoing consultation activities with staff and residents. They will develop and maintain a robust assessment of the performance of all property assets maximising return on investment to include financial, social and environmental aspects.
Oversee the development of a grading system of asset risks to inform an active asset management approach for decisions on the redevelopment, investment, change of tenure, new provision and disposals.
