This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape and influence key legal and corporate initiatives Key Responsibilities Draft, negotiate, and complete complex legal agreements including s106, s38, s278, and other planning and highways-related agreements and licences Provide expert legal advice on all matters relating to planning and highways Lead, manage, and supervise a multidisciplinary team of contract, planning, and property lawyers Actively contribute to the Legal Services Management Team, supporting strategic decision-making and service development Deliver member training and attend council committees, including Planning Committee, providing high-level legal advice If you are interested in the role, please email your CV toquoting the reference number.
