Min. one day per week in the office needed plus service needs from time to time.
- Managing a team of legal experts - "Places team" - who provide advice and legal services in the following areas: Property Law / Conveyancing, Planning and Highways.
- Ensuring efficient and effective delivery of these services.
- To personally provide legal advice and services to the clientin one or more of those specialisms (which must include commercial property transactions, freehold and leasehold).
- Attending Committees and Board Meetings to provide advice and support the good governance.
- To provide supervision and mentoring to team members, appraisal and all aspect of day-to-day line management of a team of eight legal experts.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
