We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver a proactive, strategic HR service across a diverse directorate, supporting leaders to drive organisational performance and positive workforce outcomes. This is a key role responsible for leading on change management, complex employee relations casework, and workforce strategy, while driving initiatives to improve attendance and staff wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR support across multiple service areas
  • Lead on complex casework, organisational change, and policy development
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce sickness absence and improve attendance
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and deliver targeted interventions
  • Support workforce planning and organisational development activities
  • Line manage and support HR Advisors where required
