The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

This post will manage the organisation’s HRA & General asset portfolio and Property team to ensure assets are maintained and utilised in accordance with all legislative requirements, provide strategic oversight and operational management to maximise value, reduce risk and support long‑term organisational objectives and financial strategies.

The role will be responsible for understanding the condition of stock, demand and future maintenance needs to inform budget setting and strategic decisions regarding the HRA and general portfolio, including acquisitions, disposals, investment, remodelling and changes of use.

This is a full‑time role on a temporary contract basis.
