Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be an experienced Logistics Team Leader for up to 6 months to provide effective leadership and day-to-day management of a busy driver team.
- Oversee the planning and allocation of workloads, ensuring delivery and collection services are completed efficiently and within agreed timeframes.
- Monitor performance, maintain high service standards, and drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong working relationships across teams and partner organisations, respond to customer queries, and support operational excellence across the service.
