Assist the team with handling requests made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

  • Source information to provide to Disclosure Officers in order to deliver Freedom of Information requests.
  • Interrogate police systems (STORM, NICHE, WIZARD) to identify relevant information and intelligence.
  • Contact officers across the Constabulary to source data.
  • Return and circulate information to Disclosure Officers.
  • Review source responses to ensure the requested information has been provided and documented.
  • Perform general administration duties including scanning, photocopying, data input, and maintaining audit trails.
  • Ensure research is undertaken and presented in a timely and accurate manner to comply with statutory and regulatory timescales.
