Responsibilities

  • Our Team Administrators provide an efficient clerical and administration service for our Adult Social Care Team.
  • They support in the delivery of a comprehensive admin service to our frontline social workers and social care practitioners.
  • This includes:
  • taking calls from internal colleagues as well as members of the public.
  • inputting data into Liquid Logic (LAS system). Knowledge of this system would be helpful but full training will be given.
  • scheduling meetings and booking rooms, as well as taking minutes of meetings.
  • responding to, redirecting emails and managing a generic mailbox.

Working arrangement

We offer flexible working with a mix of office and home working.

Contract

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
