Gardener needed in Horsham Paying Β£12.71 per hr ref OR116701 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Carry out routine grounds maintenance and horticultural works across parks, gardens, open spaces, and landscaped areas. Mow grass, strim, edge, weed, prune, hedge cut, and maintain planted areas to agreed standards. Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and seasonal bedding displays. Water, fertilise, and care for plants to promote healthy growth and appearance. Operate and maintain horticultural machinery, hand tools, and grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively. Undertake turf management and sports pitch maintenance activities where required. Assist with tree, shrub, and woodland maintenance activities. Maintain pathways, borders, fences, and other landscape features. Monitor plant health and identify pests, diseases, or environmental issues.
