Garages Manager needed in Uxbridge. The rate is £287.13 per day PAYE. This is a temporary role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a commercial garage portfolio to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources; maximise income and reflect the needs of customers through:
- Ensuring maintenance needs are managed and that there are regular inspections undertaken of the commercial portfolio.
- Ensuring voids are reduced and lettings are conducted efficiently.
- Increasing rental income through robust management of assets and marketing of the commercial portfolio.
- Identifying sites which are suitable for redevelopment and bringing forward for development or disposal.
