Facilities Assistant / Security needed in Solihull, Β£13.05ph PAYE β Reference: RQ1747664
Shift Rota: 3 buildings to open and close.
- 7:30 am β 3 pm β 30 minutes unpaid break
- 11:30 am β 7 pm β 30 minutes unpaid break
Monday β Friday, an out of hours emergency call and out of hours procedure. Every 3 weeks rota.
Assess the building with security. Minimum of 3 hours paid β call out. No standby fee.
Driving Licence β access to own vehicle. 6 points and under accepted.
Opening and closing of building willing to provide cover for facilities team.
Carrying out health and safety inspections and compliance checks β workplace inspections.
Identify hazards/risks/security β escalating to facilities lead and raise jobs for external companies to resolve.
Patrol the building.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
