Specialist team looking to support improved response and resolution in relation to complaints and disputes. We are looking for a Team leader who has significant experience and expertise in the statutory processes relating to EHC plans and also understands the need to work with families and schools in a relational way to support resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce robust complaint and mediation tracking tailored to SEND
  • Triage and manage SEND complaints and mediation requests
  • Reduce overdue complaints and escalation risk
