Executive Support Assistant (Hybrid) needed in Huddersfield, Β£14.84ph PAYE - Reference: 0009 EEDD / 1

The role is part of the overall business support family, specialising in executive support to the Chief Executive and Council's Executive leadership team.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Providing administrative and executive support services in a large organisation, including diary management, email management, agenda planning, minute taking, and organising meetings.
  • Planning, developing, monitoring, and reviewing the use of financial resources.
  • Understanding and working effectively within a political environment.
  • Demonstrating literacy and numeracy skills to produce routine and statistical information.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Prioritising workload and meeting deadlines.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
