We are seeking an Executive Support Assistant to provide reliable, confidential, and proactive administrative support to two Directors in the Climate, Homes and Economy directorate. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Extensive diary and inbox management
  • Taking accurate meeting notes
  • Acting as a key interface between the Directors and internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the wider Executive Support Team and providing cover for colleagues as needed

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
