Responsible for the management and delivery of the housing department strategy for parking on estates; effective management of the housing departments parking and garage team. Promoting garage use and maximising income through robust account management and arrears collection. Development, implementation and embedding of an accountable continuous improvement performance management culture relating to parking and garages. Progressing the garage refurbishment programme and implementing new Traffic Management Orders on Housing Estates.
