Parking Services Manager needed in Harlow Paying £15 per hr ref 24061 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operation of car parks, ensuring facilities, signage, lighting, parking machines and infrastructure are safe, functional and fit for purpose. Conduct regular car park inspections and coordinate maintenance and repair works. Manage all parking permit schemes, including applications, renewals, invoicing and permit enforcement. Oversee parking income and expenditure, including financial reporting, revenue monitoring and reconciliation of cash and cashless payment systems. Act as the key liaison with parking enforcement partners and contractors, ensuring contractual obligations and service standards are met. Support the development, review and implementation of Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) and parking schemes. Respond to enquiries and complaints from residents, businesses and elected members regarding parking services. Ensure compliance with relevant parking legislation, health and safety requirements, GDPR regulations and policies.
