IT Support Officer needed in Rochford Paying £15.99 per hr ref 22402 Full time hours on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support via the Service Desk, offering excellent customer service.
  • Log, diagnose, and resolve IT incidents and service requests efficiently.
  • Escalate complex issues to Technical Analysts where appropriate.
  • Carry out hardware commissioning and decommissioning (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
  • Support Microsoft technologies including Windows, Office 365, and related applications.
  • Assist with the setup of user accounts, equipment, and system access.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with ITIL-based service management processes.
  • Support the delivery of Digital, Data and Technology services across the organisation.
