Repairs Supervisor needed in Enfield. This is a temporary contract paying £23.88ph PAYE.
Responsibilities:
- Cover a team of high performing repairs operatives to deliver high standards of work quality and efficient use of materials.
- Undertake a range of complex diagnostics and co‑ordinating multi trade repair projects for repairs affecting multiple properties (e.g., major leaks), demonstrating proficient level skills and experience across a range of trades (carpentry, plumbing, decorating, plastering and tiling).
- Carry out toolbox talks and one‑to‑one meetings with operatives.
- Perform pre and post inspections on tenanted properties and manage the void team to ensure voids are delivered within the time scale.
