We're looking for an experienced Repairs Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality repair and compliance services across a residential housing portfolio. This is a key leadership role focused on housing disrepair, HHSRS compliance, and damp & mould management, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of housing disrepair cases, including legal processes and stakeholder liaison
- Oversee compliance with HHSRS and wider housing legislation
