Responsibilities
- Scheduling repairs and maintenance appointments for operatives and contractors.
- Managing diaries and ensuring workloads are balanced, efficient, and achievable.
- Prioritising emergency, urgent, and routine repairs in line with service-level agreements.
- Communicating with tenants, operatives, surveyors, and contractors to keep them updated.
- Monitoring progress of works and resolving any issues or delays.
- Updating repairs management systems with accurate notes and job statuses.
- Ensuring repairs are completed within required timescales to meet KPIs and customer expectations.
- Working closely with the contact centre, property teams, and other internal departments to ensure a seamless service.
