Electrician needed in Leyland. This is a temporary contract paying £21-£25ph PAYE.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance and repair across lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency equipment, ensuring facilities remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
  • Diagnose faults, replace defective components, undertake rewiring and circuit testing, and maintain accurate records of electrical installations.
  • Work collaboratively with estates and facilities teams, responding to urgent breakdowns, and supporting security‑critical infrastructure to guarantee reliable service delivery.
  • Inspect and test electrical systems in line with current regulations, maintain emergency lighting and building management systems, and contribute to the smooth running of the environment through professional, dependable performance.
